Oil Boiler, Furnace and Burner Service in Northern New Jersey


Licensed as a Master HVACR in the State of New Jersey we provide all sorts of HVAC service. One of the services that we specialize in is oil heat. We repair many types of oil heat that include oil furnace, oil burner, and oil boiler. Incidentally, we are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified on oil furnace installation and also NATE certified on oil furnace service.

We can quickly troubleshoot and repair problems with your oil boiler, furnace or burner saving you time and money. Our expertise lay on proven processes that enable us to quickly determine where the root cause of oil heat problem(s) occurs.
When we perform a first level precision oil tune-up, it requires us to also analyze the operational condition of your oil heat appliance whether it is a boiler, furnace, or burner.

This precision oil heat tuneup typically includes cleaning the oil filter canister and replacing the oil filter with a new one, plus cleaning or replacing the fuel pump screen. We then proceed by checking other aspects of the oil burner such as the condition of the flame sensor, the amount of play between the burner motor and the fuel oil pump. Afterwards, we clean and check the electrodes for the proper gap along with replacing the oil spray nozzle. We will also check and clean the oil nozzle tube as well as inside the burner gun tube.

We perform many other quality checks that affect the performance of your oil heat such as with the quality and size of the burner flame. If the burner flame is not right it could increase fuel oil consumption and create soot that will clogged up the machine’s heat exchanger and other passageways. Other aspects of our precision oil tune-up may include lubrication of water pumps, burner motor, air handler motor and bushing of oil furnaces, bleeding of air from the oil fuel line, etc.

In case you need a second level oil heat tuneup such as heat exchanger cleaning, cleaning the flue piping and base of the chimney we take care of that too. Afterwards we adjust the fuel to air mixture ratio to prevent or minimize a future re-occurrence. A service procedure that requires replacement of oil boiler or furnace combustion chamber bedding after the oil chamber is thoroughly cleaned is also available.

On services provided to our oil steam boiler and oil hot water boiler customers we check for low water cut off and pressuretrol functionality, safety valve, proper water and expansion tank pressure, piping and rusting. We also provide rust water neutralization and sight glass cleaning services.

If you need HVAC plumbing or chimney repair and liner installation we provide that type of too. The replacement piping that we use is rust resistant galvanized or heavy duty copper. With chimney liners, we use commercial grade stainless steel liners that come with a five year warranty.

We service residential and commercial oil boilers, furnace and burners. Air Conditioning checks for oil furnaces with cooling are included. We can provide you with a complete AC tune-up services for oil furnace with air conditioning system.
